LEFEVRE. Mme ROBERT a accueilli la classe pour une rapide pr\u00e9sentation des lieux : la b\u00e2tisse, datant du XVII<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un endroit d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la culture de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes. Elle a ensuite pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le CAP Primeur qui regroupe diff\u00e9rents savoir-faire comme la culture, la r\u00e9colte, la transformation et la vente des produits. Enfin, elle a expliqu\u00e9 le fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9cole, notamment la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un internat pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves venant de loin. Chacun a ensuite occup\u00e9 un poste de d\u00e9coupe. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ces, ils ont d\u00e9coup\u00e9 des radis de diff\u00e9rentes couleurs (blanc, rose, rouge). Ces morceaux \u00e9taient ensuite piqu\u00e9s sur des cure-dents puis plant\u00e9s dans une moiti\u00e9 de chou afin de former un \u00ab h\u00e9risson \u00bb qui servirait d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour le repas de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Certaines pousses se trouvent \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par des b\u00e2ches sombres conservant la chaleur du soleil, tandis que d\u2019autres sont cultiv\u00e9es sous serre afin de les prot\u00e9ger du froid et du gel.\u00a0Apr\u00e8s quelques explications sur les principes de l\u2019agriculture biologique qu\u2019ils pratiquent, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une culture sans pesticides, respectueuse de l\u2019environnement, les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9taill\u00e9 les semis, les boutures, et rappel\u00e9 le cycle complet de vie d\u2019une plante.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div leur futur m\u00e9tier avec les 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0qui ont, pour terminer, \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 planter des fraisiers et de la m\u00e2che, ce qui leur a permis de mettre la main
