L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait d\u2019aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 mieux se concentrer et \u00e0 mieux contr\u00f4ler leurs \u00e9motions pour ensuite investir leurs apprentissages dans les meilleures conditions. Ils ont appris \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9changer avec les camarades et \u00e0 respecter l\u2019autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Par le biais de s\u00e9ances autour de la m\u00e9ditation et des vibrations sonores \u00e9mises par des bols tib\u00e9tains, nous avions pour objectifs d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la concentration en classe, de faire prendre conscience de l\u2019autre, d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer le respect mutuel et de d\u00e9velopper le bien \u00eatre.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab Tr\u00e8s bien, c\u2019\u00e9tait relaxant. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab Il y avait de la musique relaxante et une machine diffusait des huiles essentielles.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous avons appris \u00e0 m\u00e9diter, \u00e0 exprimer notre \u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit afin d&#8217;\u00e9vacuer les tensions, \u00e0 faire des <\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify\">compliments afin de travailler sur les attitudes positives.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab On a ressenti des vibrations ; c\u2019\u00e9tait de la magie, de la sorcellerie. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous avons d\u00e9couvert les vibrations que faisaient les bols gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ballons mais aussi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de l&#8217;eau (chant des baleines) et du sable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: justify\">Lors de nombreuses s\u00e9ances, par deux, nous nous sommes donn\u00e9s des soins gr\u00e2ce aux bols et aux vibrations.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: justify\">On a fait des ateliers avec des bols tib\u00e9tains, des carillons, un gong, un instrument imitant le bruit de la pluie et de la mer. Lors d&#8217;une s\u00e9ance, nous avons fait un concert avec tous les instruments.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab D\u2019habitude quand je vais au coll\u00e8ge, je ne suis pas joyeux et l\u00e0 j\u2019\u00e9tais joyeux. Quand je sors de la sonoth\u00e9rapie, j&#8217;ai des pens\u00e9es heureuses. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab J\u2019avais mal \u00e0 la t\u00eate au d\u00e9but et quand on est sorti, j\u2019\u00e9tais calme. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab \u00c7a m\u2019a relax\u00e9, mon \u00e9nervement est parti. \u00c7a permet de nous reposer l&#8217;esprit. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab On a mis les bols sur notre corps, \u00e7a m\u2019a fait du bien, je me suis endormi. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: justify\">Le soir de la sonoth\u00e9rapie, je m&#8217;endors plus rapidement et je suis moins fatigu\u00e9e le lendemain.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\t\t<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
